Made from Hokkaido-born Hotategai. It has nice fresh flavor.

Using Hotategai as a base taste, shiitake mushrooms, cod roe, and bonito flakes are being added. Seasoned with tamaki-ya original soy sauce, it's made in a spicy and sweet flavoring. Each ingredients fully contains its original flavorings, and every time you chew, it spreads over your mouth.
